The overarching goal when harvesting is to select the finest grades and colors for our furniture product line. Upon the selection, excess materials are then transformed into industrial pallets, landscaping mulch and shavings for local paper companies. Ultimately, our goal is zero waste to be as responsible as possible with our natural resources.
It began in 1975 with a simple logging company and an idea from a simple man. Founded with the intention to create a better future for generations to come, Levi Coblentz thought to start a new endeavor in the timber industry. Robert Coblentz, Levi’s son, having experience with woodworking, expanded on his father’s idea and so began what is now the pallet division of MAVIN.
The company that has grown into MAVIN has been devoted to delivering quality pallets and quality service for over 44 years. Building on the strength of experience and uncompromising customer service, the simple logging company of 1975 has evolved into a 100,000 square-foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with more than 200 dedicated employees.
