Graphic Designer
This role will be responsible for developing visually appealing designs across various media platforms, including print and digital, that effectively communicates the MAVIN brand though elements like logos, brochures, websites, social media graphics, transportation, and showroom signage. Design software to assist in creating layouts, topography, color schemes and illustrations that align with MAVIN’s needs and brand identity.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Brainstorm and create original design concepts based on brand guidelines and target audience.
- Design logos, branding elements, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, and other marketing materials
- Develop layouts for print and digital media, ensuring proper typography, color schemes, and image placement
- Create custom illustrations and icons when needed to enhance design elements, and assist in designing website graphics, landing pages, email marketing visuals, and user interface elements
- Design material like brochures, flyers, posters, and signage.
REQUIRED SKILLS- Design Software proficiency – knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
- Visual Communication – strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles and visual hierarchy.
- Creative thinking – Ability to generate innovative and visually compelling design concepts.
- Problem solving – Effectively identify and resolve design challenges to achieve desired outcomes.

Senior Network and Cloud Administrator
MAVIN is looking for a motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Network and Cloud Administrator. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization’s network infrastructure and cloud services. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our network and cloud environments. This position requires a combination of expertise in network administration, cloud computing, and strong leadership skills to oversee complex projects and teams.ResponsibilitiesNetwork Infrastructure Management- Design, deploy, and maintain the organization’s on-premises network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement network monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to accommodate business growth and technological advancements.
Cloud Services Administration- Manage and optimize the organization’s cloud infrastructure, including public and hybrid cloud environments.
- Provision and configure cloud resources, such as virtual machines, containers, storage, and networking components.
- Implement cloud security measures, identity and access management policies, and data encryption to protect sensitive information.

Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a network administrator and cloud administrator, preferably in an enterprise-level environment.
- Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Hands-on experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) and cloud services (e.g., EC2, VPC, S3, Azure Virtual Network).
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., CIS benchmarks, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are a plus.

MAVIN is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Care Representative to join our in-office team. This role involves supporting customers by answering questions, resolving issues, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, great communicators, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
- Interact with sales team and internal departments for processing orders accurately
- Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items or other information
