    Product Line Manager

    The Product Line Manager’s primary role is to provide product and market information to the Company with the objective of increasing market share. The product line manager will help define product, pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies. They must be an analytical thinker, possess strong business sense, communicate effectively across multiple departments, process large amounts of data and provide practical recommendations.

    • Provide competitive analysis, study market trends, identify market opportunities, advise on pricing and promotional decisions.

    Over The Road Driver

    Mavin is looking to employ a hard-working and experienced OTR driver to transport our product between various locations across the country. The OTR’s responsibilities include ensuring that the freight is properly secured for transportation and notifying management of any freight damage sustained during transportation, knowledgeable of road safety regulations and able to maintain concentration for extended periods. Our OTR driver should demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills as well as adhere to all company policies and procedures.

    OTR Driver Responsibilities:

    • Safely transporting freight between various locations over long distances.
    • Performing truck inspections before and after each trip to ensure that all mechanical systems are in good working order.
    • Maintaining a logbook detailing the hours traveled, rest periods, miles covered, as well as all fuel, repair, and toll expenses.
    • Promptly report any traffic violations, road accidents, and vehicle breakdowns to management.
    • Notifying the dispatcher and customer of any delay that may affect scheduled delivery times.

    OTR Driver Requirements:

    High school diploma or GED is preferred.

    • Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
    • Clean driving records.
    • Proven experience working as an OTR driver or truck driver.
    • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
    • The ability to use GPS devices.
    • The ability to work long hours.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills.

    Mavin is looking to hire an attentive cleaner to join our team. In this position, you will be required to dust surfaces, vacuum and mop floors, and clean windows.

    As one of our in-house cleaners they should be able to complete assigned tasks within the stipulated period and perform with minimal supervision.

    Cleaner Responsibilities:

    • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types
    • Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture
    • Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures
    • Cleaning company offices
    • Emptying trash cans
    • Washing and drying windows
    • Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process
    • Informing the manager of repairs that need to be done
    • Coordinating with other Cleaners to keep your business clean
    • Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes up as quickly as possible
    • Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
    • Relay the ordering of new cleaning supplies as needed
    • Responsible for the safety of workers and guests of Mavin by ensuring areas are properly sanitized and cleaning up any spills or messes that may harm customers or other employees

    Role and Responsibilities
    • Assess vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues (Vans, ATV’s, Forklifts, Van Trailers)
    • Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues
    • Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested
    • Keep an accurate log of all work performed
    • Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept safe and usable condition
    • Adhere to company work safety policies
    • Liaise with employees to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicular defects or problems
